 1) Pre order - How long will it take for me to receive my saddle?
Essentially, once we receive your order and templates, from the day of confirming your order with you, it should take only 6-7 weeks until you receive your saddle. If the saddlers require more detailed information than you have provided then it may take a couple more days to get the information from you and to the company concerned. This is due to the fact that they are in the UK and 7 hours ahead of us here in Alberta.
2) Are there any hidden costs I should worry about?
Before finalising your order for you, we will ensure that you are aware of the total costs of your purchase plus any options you have selected, as well as the charge for delivery to your door.
3) How important are the templates when purchasing a saddle?
Extremely. Without these there is no way we can accuratley provide you with even a semi custom saddle. If you just provide the width and seat size, it will be just like buying a saddle off the peg. A shame when you have the ability to have a custom fit saddle for you and your horse for the same price as an off the peg one!
