 Our long distance saddle trial policy is simple and risk free. We invite you to try any of our saddles, new or used for one week before you make your decision to buy (not applicable to custom ordered saddles) At Country Equine our aim is to help you find the perfect saddle for both you and your horse. Call us at 403-938-0500 and tell us which of our saddles you would like to try. We will ask you for your credit card and shipping information. We will bill your card for the cost of the saddle and maximum $60.00 shipping and handling. When you receive your saddle feel free to put your fittings on it (see below for wear and tear policy) and ride in it for one week. If you decide a saddle isn't quite right for you for any reason, just call us and ship it back to us, within 1 business day of the call and when we receive it we will credit your card* for all but the shipping fee.** This way if something is just not quite right, you have the option of ordering a custom made and fitted saddle for the same price.
* Subject to general wear and tear to the saddle as would be expected from general use of the saddle for a one week period. Loss of or damage to the saddle is your responsibility. Should the saddle be received back showing undue wear and tear and/or damage, as deemed by Country Equine a proportionate charge will be made for that wear and tear/damage to the saddle. Country Equine is not liable for any accident or damage caused due to inappropriate misuse of the saddle.We ask that leathers be wrapped with either vet wrap or similar or a pair of socks with the toe cut off as strap marks will incura minimum 10% restocking fee
** In some rural areas s greater charge may apply, but you will be advised if this is the case prior to shipment.
